Search Tips

It’s really easy to search this site. Simply type whatever you’re searching for in to the search box (located at the top of the page on the right side under the video) and click the magnifying glass. Your search results will be displayed in the center of the page. The search results will be listed by the establishment name. In other words, if you were to search for “potato” or “potato soup” one of the search results that would be displayed is our review of Outback Steakhouse. This is because we mentioned the phrase “potato soup” in our review.

Here’s a few tips to get you started:

Establishment Name
If you want to see whether or not we’ve reviewed a specific establishment, type the name of the cafe, restaurant etc. in to the search box.

Location
If you are interested in establishments located in a certain area by street name for example, type the street name in the search box.

Zip Code
If you would like to see a list of all establishments we’ve reviewed that are located in a particular zip code, type the zip code in to the search box.

Type of Food
If you are interested in a certain type of food and would like to know for example where to get good lobster, type lobster in to the search box.

Telephone Prefix
If you would like to see all places we’ve reviewed located in a certain telephone prefix type the telephone prefix in to the search box.

Phrases
Every word of every review is search-able. This means you can tailor your search even further. For example if you are interested in reviews where the phrase “great service” was used or “dirty” etc. type your phrase in to the search box.

Categories & Tags
You can also scroll down the page and look at the the categories and tags. Establishment names are always created as a category. Tags consist of various elements within the review such as the entree or other related relevant things.
